We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing and building structures, and possess a strong understanding of the technical aspects of engineering. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop engineering plans using Auto Desk Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.
2. Conduct site inspections to assess the feasibility of proposed projects.
3. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.
4. Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Conduct cost analyses to determine the feasibility of proposed projects.
6. Prepare and submit project proposals, reports, and other documentation as required.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
8. Oversee the work of junior engineers and other staff members.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks as necessary.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Civil EIT certification.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in roadway design, project management, and related areas.
4. Proficiency in Auto Desk Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
