Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to excellence. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed designs for civil projects using AutoCAD and Auto Desk Civil 3D.
2. Oversee and manage all stages of the civil site design process, including conceptualization, development, and implementation.
3. Prepare and implement erosion control plans to prevent environmental damage.
4. Design and manage storm water management systems to prevent flooding and ensure the safety of the community.
5. Develop efficient site layouts that maximize space utilization and comply with all local building codes and regulations.
6. Conduct site inspections to ensure the construction process is in compliance with the design plans.
7. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project success.
8. Prepare and present detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders.
9. Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
10. Continually update knowledge and skills to keep up with the latest trends and advancements in the field of civil engineering.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in civil site design, erosion control, and storm water management.
3. Proficient in using AutoCAD and Auto Desk Civil 3D.
4. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
10. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
