Determine the costs associated with Civil projects. The job involves evaluating all documentation associated with a project with a focus on cost. An Estimator will calculate all factors in determining the cost of a Project.

• Prepare and analyze cost models.
• Perform quantity takeoff, pricing development for all trade work, and abstracting, using HeavyBid and BIM related software.
• Directs, coordinates and provides information and documents to Subcontractors.
• Builds relationships with Subcontractors to gain competitive advantage.
• Perform additional assignments upon request.

Must have 2+ years of related Estimating experience in Civil Construction.
