Civil Litigation Attorney

This position is only remote in the LA/OC area.

For over 20 years, our clients have come to us with their probate and trust and estate issues. After building a highly reputable practice, we've decided to make our practice more robust by bringing on a civil litigation attorney to focus on probate litigation.

What you'll do:

• Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets
• Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
• Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices
• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
• Represent clients in court proceedings as needed

What we're looking for:

• JD from an accredited schooll
• At least 2 years of Civil Litigation experience.
• Any knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, or probate is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
