We are searching for a dynamic and dedicated Civil Project Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent role, offering the opportunity to contribute to a variety of high-profile projects. Our ideal candidate is either a Civil EIT or a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong background in civil engineering and land development. They will have a keen understanding of Civil 3D, grading, and utilities design. This position requires at least two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities:

As a Civil Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Designing, planning, and overseeing land development projects such as multifamily, mixed use, retail, hospitality, industrial, and many more.
2. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop detailed designs using Civil 3D software.
3. Preparing and presenting design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
4. Implementing and managing project controls and quality assurance procedures.
5. Performing grading and utilities design for various land development projects.
6. Design utility layouts
7. Assisting in the coordination of project activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
8. Evaluating the effectiveness of design and changing if necessary.
9. Working with municipalities and agencies to obtain approval of documents

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2. A minimum of two years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
3. A current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
4. Proficiency in Civil 3D, grading, and utilities design.
5. A strong understanding of civil engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
8. A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of civil engineering.
