We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Manager in the Aviation and Construction industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of aviation projects, including runway, taxiway, and apron expansions, asphalt overlays, and concrete work. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of aviation projects, from initial planning to final completion
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, architects, and airport authorities
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and airport master plans
• Oversee construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, grading, and paving
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 3+ years of experience in aviation project management
• Strong knowledge of runway, taxiway, and apron expansions, asphalt overlays, and concrete work
• Experience with airport master planning and FAA regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
