Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong background in civil, public works and/or transportation.
• Ability to lead on advance planning and schematic project delivery.
• PE license in Texas.
• TxDOT experience.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
