REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-8 years of experience in civil engineering or 10+ years experience; PE or pursuing it
• AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee design site development projects; Site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, roadway & other engineering plans
• Project Management:

Planning, organizing, monitoring, & directing work activities & resources necessary
Coordinate/communicate with other engineering staff, city municipalities, private & commercial land development clients
Processes, schedules, budgets, design criteria, standards, & specifications to ensure projects are on-time and on-budget
Develop/manage client relationships in the Residential & Commercial markets
Work with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the NE Florida market
Lead, mentor & develop junior staff
Develop/maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
