Job Details


The Account Manager develops and maintains relationships with customer accounts. They are responsible for resolving customer issues, make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications. They prepare sales forecasts, quotes, and all negotiations

  • Work daily with assigned customers
  • Process customer orders in our system
  • Coordinate daily with internal personnel in manufacturing, operations, and quality to ensure delivery of all customer requirements
  • Incorporate business goals to achieve sales growth and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Understand the manufacturing process that transforms raw materials to finished products
  • Provide customer support with pricing, orders, and scheduling

Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant Precision Metal industry experience is ideal
  • Self-starter, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task
  • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving/conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Ability to read drawings and customer CAD files, and interpret specifications
  • Understanding of raw materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
