CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST (CNS)

• Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing Required
• CNS required
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Must have experience in Cardiology, Cath Lab or related specialty
• Experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist preferred – will accept new grads

Responsibilities:

• Will have oversight over the unit
• Must be able to act as an expert on any clinical changes, policies, and procedures
• Will support and mentor all staff nurses ranging from new grads to 25+ years of experience
• Seeking someone with a positive attitude who can function as a leader and role model
• Will develop and support unit-based quality improvement
