Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and setting up lathes, as well as experience with manual and CNC machines. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in CNC lathe machining
• Proficient in setting up and operating lathes
• Experience with manual and CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
