CNC Lead Machinist

We are a family owned manufacturing company looking for an experienced CNC Lead Machinist to join our growing team!

Our manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components for our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your expertise to ensure that our manufacturing processes are efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam software
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production goals are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, or similar role
• Experience with CNC Lead, CNC mill machinist, Mazak, CNC mill set up, 3-axis machines, and Mastercam software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
