Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be detail-oriented.
1 year of CNC operator experience
1 year CNC Programming with CAM/CAD experience
Experience working with plastics and/or fiberglass is a plus
Experience operating hand and power tools as well as drill press, band saw, and belt sander.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
Ability to read from a blueprint or schematic.
Ability to read measuring tools, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges.
Strong mathematical aptitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
Electronics background preferred but not critical
Duties/Responsibilities:
CAD layout and set up for CNC machining using Solidworks or BOB CAD software
Load, set up, and run CNC vertical machining centers.
Read and understand layouts, blueprints, related technical data, and inspection procedures
Continue training of the operations of milling, drilling, and tapping of Polycarbonate and G10 fiberglass plates.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow our safety and manufacturing procedures
Daily and weekly maintenance of machines
Work as a team member to provide quality test fixtures
