Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, jig bore, EDM, and other precision tools to produce parts and components according to specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine machining requirements
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to identify and resolve production issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or equivalent
• Proficient in the use of CNC machines, lathes, mills, jig bore, EDM, and other precision tools
• Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Familiarity with a variety of materials including metals, plastics, and composites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
