We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the creation of top-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to produce precision components in line with technical specifications.
• Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
• Performing routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubricating, to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspecting and measuring finished products to verify conformance with specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues with the equipment or production process.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and workplace policies.
• Collaborating with the team to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Keeping detailed records of work activity, including any issues or deviations from the original plan.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and mills.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision tools.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A certificate or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
