We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, where you'll be responsible for creating precision parts and instruments that play a pivotal role in our operations. Responsibilities:

The CNC Machinist will be responsible for the following:

1. Interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure the accurate production of components.
2. Operating and maintaining CNC Lathes, horizontal milling machines, and other manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts.
3. Utilizing 3D CAD/CAM software to design and simulate the manufacturing process.
4. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and performance.
5. Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to prevent potential malfunctions or breakdowns.
6. Ensuring all produced components meet the required quality standards and specifications.
7. Collaborating with the design and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and techniques.
8. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the CNC Machinist position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC Lathes and horizontal milling machines.
3. Extensive experience with 3D CAD/CAM software.
4. A strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
