CNC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on CNC machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on CNC machines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation of equipment.
• Install and test new CNC equipment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
