We are seeking an experienced Screw Machine Supervisor to oversee the production of high-quality beverage fittings at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of operators, ensuring efficient operation of screw machines, and maintaining production schedules to meet company standards. Key responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting machines, monitoring production quality, training and mentoring staff, and enforcing safety protocols. The candidate should have a strong understanding of machine maintenance, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to optimize processes for maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Screw Machine Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of screw machine operation and maintenance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards
