Our manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs for our machines, ensuring they are set up correctly, and producing high-quality parts. You will work with a team of professionals and have access to state-of-the-art equipment to produce parts for various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify CNC programs for our machines using MasterCam programming software
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they are calibrated correctly
• Work with engineers and machinists to develop new processes and improve existing ones
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with machines and programs
• Train and mentor junior programmers and machinists
• Maintain accurate records of all programs and changes made
• Ensure all parts produced meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in CNC machine programming and setup
• Proficient in MasterCam programming software and Gcode
• Experience with Haas, Fanuc, and Mazak control systems
• Knowledge of machining processes and materials
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
