Job Details:

We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision, a strong understanding of machines and tools, and a commitment to exceptional quality. This role involves the creation and modification of CNC programs, setup sheets, and tool lists, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Programmer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and writing detailed CNC programs for a variety of machines using CAD software.
2. Creating setup sheets and tool lists to guide the production process.
3. Collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure the accuracy of all programs and operations.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the programming or production process.
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
6. Ensuring all safety standards and procedures are adhered to during the programming and production process.
7. Performing regular checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
8. Providing technical support and guidance to the production team as required.
9. Continuously improving and optimizing existing CNC programs.
10. Participating in the planning and scheduling of production runs.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficiency in CAD software, as well as other programming tools and software.
3. Strong knowledge of machining setup and operations.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a team.
6. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
7. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
9. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
10. A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or computer science, would be considered an asset.
