We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in programming CNC machines and a strong understanding of MasterCAM and Solidworks software. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CNC programs for various machines including mills and lathes
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure accuracy of designs and specifications
• Utilize MasterCAM and Solidworks software to create and modify programs
• Set up and operate CNC machines to test and verify programs
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with programming or machining processes
• Maintain and update program libraries and tooling databases
• Collaborate with other members of the manufacturing team to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase quality and reduce costs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining
• Proficient in MasterCAM and Solidworks software
• Strong understanding of tooling and programming concepts
• Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis machining
• Knowledge of G-code and other programming languages
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
