Commercial Lines Account Manager (CA exp. a must)

Handling every day servicing of accounts.
Agency billed renewals
Collecting renewal info
Marketing: Submissions to all markets, including submission and market research
Quote follow up
Proposals
Binding
Confirm binding
Submit billing to accounting
Direct billed renewals- per the producers request and/or size of the account
Process same as above
Making all renewal spreadsheets for me, and Direct Bill
Making SOV spreadsheets when needed
Stepping in on complicated certificate issues when needed
Backup certs
Rewrites (marketing same as above)
Delegating to the commercial team-i.e. discussing any issues in the team, solving them, helping figure out workflow when one or all are overwhelmed
Helping team members out with coverage questions including cert questions
Talking to marketing reps and underwriters about renewals lost, premiums needed, coverages, etc.

5-7 years’ recent experience as a middle market/large accounts AM. (Accounts should be 5k minimum in revenue; policy lines with variety of coverages which require more marketing, account attention review; advisor assigned to the account)

Experience as a remote employee of at least 2 years

EPIC experience strongly preferred.

CSR24 or experience with something similar

Experience with multiple industries

California Market experience a must.

Experience handling multiple lines of business.
