Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring that clients' insurance needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
2. Analyzing and assessing clients' risk profiles, recommending appropriate insurance coverage and preparing policy proposals.
3. Negotiating policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers, ensuring that clients get the best possible coverage at the best possible price.
4. Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring that all policy changes are accurately recorded and communicated to clients.
5. Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to clients' inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
7. Keeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and in clients' industries, ensuring that clients' insurance coverage remains adequate and appropriate.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position, you must have:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial insurance, account management, customer service, risk management, policy analysis, policy renewal, client relations, property & casualty, certificates, renewals, and client management.
2. A strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, and liability insurance.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
5. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate policy information to clients.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate clients' insurance needs and provide proactive solutions.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
10. A Property and Casualty license is preferred.
