Taft Law is seeking an associate with at least 2-3 years of commercial litigation experience in a large law firm. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background and exceptional research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues, draft persuasive briefs, and effectively assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred
