We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Law, Healthcare Law, Insurance, Injury, Commercial, and Litigation. As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, providing legal advice, and ensuring that our clients' legal rights are protected.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal issues, including Family Law, healthcare law, Insurance, Injury, Commercial, and Litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings and provide legal advice.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, ensuring that all deadlines are met and cases are handled efficiently.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of NY
• 2+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Family Law, Healthcare Law, Insurance, Injury, Commercial, and/or Litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of litigation matters.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to reach favorable settlements for clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
