Commercial Litigation Attorney

As a commercial litigation attorney, you will play a critical role in representing our clients in all stages of the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Participate in all stages of discovery, including document production and depositions
Develop and implement case strategies
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and appeals
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Requirements:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated track record of successful outcomes in commercial litigation matters
