- Manage and expand a diverse commercial real estate practice, including commercial lending and conveyancing, title insurance, leasing, loan workouts/foreclosures, and permitting/land use.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing high-quality legal counsel to clients in various sectors of the real estate industry.
- Handle complex transactions and matters, leveraging your experience and industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with other members of the firm to ensure the highest level of service for clients.
- Build and maintain a portable client base and contribute to the firm’s overall growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate law, including expertise in the areas of commercial lending, conveyancing, title insurance, leasing, loan workouts/foreclosures, and permitting/land use.
- A portable book of business, with the ability to bring in and manage client relationships.
- Strong business development acumen and the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Proven success in managing client matters and transactions efficiently, while ensuring quality legal counsel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
