Commercial Superintendent

We are an award-winning design & build firm that specializes in commercial tenant buildouts including medical office facilities. We are currently on the search for a Commercial Superintendent with a proven background in commercial construction including ground up & tenant build outs.

As a Commercial Superintendent in our company, we are able to offer:

As a Commercial Superintendent on our team, we are looking for:

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction
• Prior Ground Up / tenant buildout experience
• Vet clinic builds a big plus
• OSHA 10 – Preferred
• First Aid / CPR
• Procore
• BIG on Culture - Self motivated, good communication/follow ups, okay with working independently
