We are seeking a lateral Commercial Transactional Attorney to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial transactions, including real estate development, real estate financing, entity formation and mergers.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
Provide expert legal advice on real estate transactions and development projects.
Assist with financing arrangements and prepare related legal documentation.
Handle business formations and mergers, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for various transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
Stay updated on legal trends and changes in commercial transaction laws.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
3-5 years of experience in commercial transactions, with a focus on real estate, development, financing, formations, and mergers.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
