Community Space Planner - Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti

We provide IT, Telecomm, and Construction services to our government clients across the United States and globally.

We are looking for a Community Planner to help serve one of our clients at Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, East Africa!

For this role, you MUST be able to relocate to Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti (East Africa) and a U.S citizen. Top Secret Clearance is required but do not currently have a clearance, we can may be able to provide an interim for the time being.

Responsibilities:

• Support our clients with surveying, defining, evaluating, and provide recommendations on how to utilize space with existing infrastructure or facilities at Camp Lemonnier.
• Cross collaborate with other clients to help identify their needs and requirements.
• Review existing floor plans, conduct gap analysis, and schedule and facilitate workshops and meetings
• Develop an optimization plan for spacing.
• Be able to prepare plans for space allocation requestions & letters of notification
• Own all aspects of asset evaluation surveys.

Experience:

• American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification preferred but not required
• Must be able to relocate Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, East Africa
• Top Secret Clearance is required but do not currently have a clearance, we can may be able to provide an interim for the time being.
• Knowledge of calculating BFR (Basic Facility Requirements)
