Job Details

As the Compensation and Benefits Administrator, you will take the initiative to ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits administration for the organization. The most rewarding part of this role is being a key individual in providing compensation to each member of the organization.

These skills will be used to:

Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, wages, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data and making changes.
Conduct analyses and audits of payroll and implement or recommend corrective action as needed.
Manage health and welfare plans, 401k plans, and other benefits, including analysis, utilization, and recommendations for enhancements.
Manage all Leaves of Absence: Inclusive leave, Short Term Disability, Family Medical Leave Act, and Workers' Compensation leave. Coordinate with external vendors and Associates to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Perform compensation and benefits analysis, develop conclusions, and implement or recommend action.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
C.P.P designation preferred
