Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Compensation Manager-Hybrid Role to join our team in the Construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs, conducting payroll surveys, and ensuring compliance with compensation laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Conduct regular payroll surveys to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the market.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to senior management on compensation-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state compensation laws, including FLSA, EEOC, and ADA.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as compensation consultants and survey providers.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, HR and other departments to ensure alignment of compensation programs with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
  • Manage the annual merit increase process and other compensation-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation management
  • Consulting experience implementing compensation plans to large corporations.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Experience designing and implementing compensation programs.
  • Experience conducting payroll surveys and analyzing data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
