Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop compensation policies and procedures
  • Analyze compensation and incentive plans and makes recommendations to Human Resources leadership team
  • Responsible for annual compensation budget
  • Prepares and presents reporting to management in compliance with government regulations
  • Works with managers in all areas of business to ensure salary and overall compensation packages stay competitive to attract external talent
  • Other projects to support business needs

  • 7+ years experience, including 3-5 years compensation analysis and 2-3 years supervising staff
  • Experience analyzing data and identifying opportunities and trends
  • Proven success managing multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of compensation regulations
  • Experience with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of health and safety laws and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar - required
  • Masters Degree and CPP - strongly preferred
