Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manage and develop compensation policies and procedures
- Analyze compensation and incentive plans and makes recommendations to Human Resources leadership team
- Responsible for annual compensation budget
- Prepares and presents reporting to management in compliance with government regulations
- Works with managers in all areas of business to ensure salary and overall compensation packages stay competitive to attract external talent
- Other projects to support business needs
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience, including 3-5 years compensation analysis and 2-3 years supervising staff
- Experience analyzing data and identifying opportunities and trends
- Proven success managing multiple projects
- Strong understanding of compensation regulations
- Experience with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of health and safety laws and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar - required
- Masters Degree and CPP - strongly preferred
