We are looking for a skilled and experienced Permanent Complex Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Legal industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a family law trial attorney, divorce attorney, custody attorney, and estate planning. As a Permanent Complex Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in complex litigation cases, including family law, divorce, custody, and estate planning. You will work closely with clients to ensure that their legal needs are met and that their rights are protected.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex litigation cases, including family law, divorce, custody, and estate planning.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of legal issues.
• Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and develop strategies to protect their rights.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings and trials to represent clients and argue on their behalf.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and parties.
• Manage a caseload of complex litigation cases and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of the status of their cases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a family law trial attorney, divorce attorney, custody attorney, and estate planning.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a caseload of complex litigation cases.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
