We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and skilled Complex Litigation Partner to join our legal team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation cases and play a pivotal role in shaping the outcomes of significant legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience in Class Action, Mass Tort, Multi-District-Litigation (MDL), and defense. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of litigation, including developing case strategy, managing junior lawyers, and making court appearances. This position requires a commitment to excellence, a passion for the law, and a desire to continually grow and develop professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex litigation cases, including Class Action, Mass Tort, and Multi-District-Litigation (MDL) from discovery through trial or settlement.
  • Develop and implement case strategies, while effectively managing risks and clients' expectations.
  • Review and manage all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions and other court filings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
  • Maintain and cultivate client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client service.
  • Collaborate with other partners to enhance the firm's reputation and operations.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and changes that might affect the firm's clients.


Qualifications:
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on Class Action, Mass Tort, Multi-District-Litigation (MDL), and defense.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex cases.
  • Superior analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor junior attorneys.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
