We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Concrete Estimator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Concrete Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the cost of commercial concrete projects, including tilt-up and tilt-wall construction, as well as parking structures. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for commercial concrete projects, including tilt-up and tilt-wall construction, as well as parking structures.
• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work, materials, and labor required.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide support to project managers during the construction phase, including change order management and cost tracking.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Estimator, Concrete Estimator, or Commercial Concrete Estimator.
• Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction, including tilt-up and tilt-wall construction, as well as parking structures.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
