We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Estimator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating, pre-construction, and construction, with a focus on MEP and HVAC. As a Permanent Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the costs of construction projects, analyzing data, and creating detailed proposals. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting site visits to assess project requirements and gather information
• Analyzing project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Creating detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that project requirements are met
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
• Preparing and presenting proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Monitoring project costs and providing regular updates to project teams
• Participating in pre-construction meetings and providing input on project planning and scheduling
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in estimating and construction management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating, pre-construction, and construction in the MEP and HVAC fields
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
