This firm represents owners, developers, general contractors, and architects on public and private construction projects across Florida and the U.S. They’re open to both transactional and litigation attorneys—so if you have one but not the other, training will be provided!

🔹 Work on a mix of transactional and litigation matters—contract drafting, negotiations, dispute resolution, trial support
🔹 Represent clients across the construction industry (owners, contractors, architects)
🔹 Draft pleadings, handle motion practice in state and federal courts
🔹 Ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience, but open to litigation-focused attorneys eager to learn construction law
🔹 Strong research, writing, and communication skills required
