Job Details
🔹 Work on a mix of transactional and litigation matters—contract drafting, negotiations, dispute resolution, trial support
🔹 Represent clients across the construction industry (owners, contractors, architects)
🔹 Draft pleadings, handle motion practice in state and federal courts
🔹 Ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience, but open to litigation-focused attorneys eager to learn construction law
🔹 Strong research, writing, and communication skills required
🔹 Long-term interest in business development highly preferred
🔹 Represent clients across the construction industry (owners, contractors, architects)
🔹 Draft pleadings, handle motion practice in state and federal courts
