🔹 Handle construction litigation & arbitration—representing clients in disputes, drafting pleadings, trial prep
🔹 Work on contract negotiation, risk management, and deal structuring
🔹 Open to litigators eager to learn transactions—strong mentorship available
🔹 Courtroom presence is a plus; you’ll be handling hearings & working with clients directly
