Job Details
🔹 Draft contracts, review construction agreements, manage risk for clients
🔹 Handle litigation, motion practice, trial prep, and arbitration
🔹 Work directly with general contractors, owners, and developers
🔹 1-4 years of experience preferred, but litigators willing to learn contracts are encouraged to apply
