Construction Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Construction Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases, providing strategic advice and guidance.
2. Draft and negotiate a variety of construction contracts, ensuring our clients' best interests are protected.
3. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into construction defect claims.
4. Work closely with other team members to develop effective litigation strategies.
5. Handle dispute resolutions, mediations, and arbitrations in construction-related matters.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant laws and regulations relating to construction and defect litigation.
7. Provide regular updates to clients on case progress and potential outcomes.
8. Collaborate with expert witnesses to prepare for trial.
9. Effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be an active member in good standing with the FL Bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction litigation, specifically related to construction defects.
4. Proficient in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
5. Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Residential Construction Liability Act (RCLA).
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically in complex situations.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
8. Proven track record of successfully managing construction defect litigation cases.
9. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
