ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling drilling projects.
• Submission of appropriate state well reports.
• Must be able to wear any required PPE.
• Ability to professionally communicate with clients on jobsites.
• Management/leadership of drilling staff including personnel decisions.
• Coordination and logistics for drilling projects.
• Ordering drilling supplies.
• Bidding and proposing drilling projects.
• Ensuring proper field paperwork is completed by drillers and technicians.
• Review and adhere to federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Adhere to QA/QC procedures.
