Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and field personnel to ensure project alignment
  • Generate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Monitor and track project quality control metrics, providing timely and accurate reports
  • Assist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing
  • Support the Project Manager in various tasks and decision-making processes
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, and updates
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in multifamily construction projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, designers, and clients
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
