Construction Project Manager - El Salvador

We serve our government clients across the Nation and over seas with our IT, Telecomm, and Construction services.

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to help one of our clients in El Salvador!

For this role, you MUST be able to relocate to El Salvador, a U.S citizen, have a Bachelor's Degree, and preferably hold and Active Top Secret Clearance. An interim may be provided if you do not have an active clearance or no clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Own all aspects of construction schedules like preparing, reviewing, and revising/updating.
• Maintain proposals, project budgets, scheduling subcontractors, cross-collaborating with vendors, tech, and/or partner issues.
• Able to hand bid preparation, visit new jobs sites, and completing closeout documentation.

Requirements:

• 4-7+ Years of construction project management
• OCONUS/CONUS experience preferred
• Federal/Government Construction experience preferred
• Preferred to have an ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE (If you only have a Secret Clearance or no clearance, we may be able to provide an interim for the time being).
• Can live anywhere across the United States but MUST be willing to move to El Salvador
