This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, including multifamily, residential, and single-family homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with the ability to guide teams to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and implementation of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams to ensure all tasks are executed effectively and safely.
3. Engaging with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
4. Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with construction plans and safety regulations.
5. Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
6. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
7. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
8. Ensuring the quality of workmanship and materials meet the required standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Construction Project Manager role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction project management role, with proven experience in managing multifamily, residential, and single-family construction projects.
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
7. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
