Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure successful project completion by meeting goals for quality, safety, timeliness, budget, and profitability.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and management regarding project progress.
Oversee project timelines and ensure compliance with legal obligations and schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the project team, including site superintendents, vendors, and subcontractors.
Review and approve job costs for payment, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
Coordinate with clients on invoice statuses to guarantee timely payments for all project stakeholders.
Uphold company standards for Quality and Environmental Health & Safety Programs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction project management and estimating for multi-trade projects (Project Engineers or Assistant PM's looking for the next step are encouraged to apply!)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook.
