Our company, a leader in the construction industry, is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, specifically in drywall, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from conception through completion. This role requires excellent time management, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on drywall.
• Proven working experience in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Understanding of construction management processes.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
