We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of retail construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals
• Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any issues that may arise
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in retail construction: mall build outs, tenant improvements
• Strong knowledge of construction project management software, including Procore and MS Office applications
• Strong understanding of construction estimation and architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Available to work in the office and in the construction fields.
• Available and has necessary certifications to visit job sites across Canada and the USA
