Job Details
- 10+ years of commercial construction management experience. Ideally, in the K-12 and Multi-Family markets.
- Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field.
- Progressive experience in the General Contracting industry with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Collaborative approach in delivering results and managing teams.
- Motivated individual with excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organization skills that prove your ability to multi-task and meet deadlines quickly.
- Experience in managing risk as well as change management.
- Strong negotiating skills on demand in a professional manner that represents our Chasse Building Team.
